Tolaris Homes and Real Estate is a real estate agency and custom home builder located in beautiful Sanford, Florida. The construction division of Tolaris specializes in the development of high-end custom design homes in exclusive communities. Tolaris Real Estate provides customer support for rental, purchasing and selling of properties.

Challenge:
Tolaris Reality and Homes were in the need of expanding their established brands to several of the up and coming communities as well as the newly established SunRail commuter train stations. Having a lack of knowledge and online support members an entire campaign would need to circulate around a print promotion.

Solution:
With print in mind, Artists Vision set forth on creating eye-catching print billboards advertising their new communities and newly designed shopping and dining experiences located at SunRail station platforms. Paired with the billboards were informative print brochures outlining planning and future development of luxury neighborhoods including architectural renderings, community amenities, and supporting retail and shopping complexes.

Results:
More than five billboards were created and strategically placed in several high-traffic areas near Interstate 4, SunRail locations and established prosperous communities. Each design was uniquely designed to compliment the surrounding area while catching the eye of the commuters.

The next print marketing phase saw the development of two brochures. The first was created for potential retail investors showcasing office and retail locations for all three floors in the new Station Pointe at Lake Mary SunRail station. The second brochure was designed to inform both local patrons and SunRail riders of the new station, as well as retail and dinning destinations that would be opening soon.

Both campaigns were a success as they met and exceeded the expectation of the owners. The billboard campaigns increased their client database and established a plethora of new inventory to sell. The brochure campaign not only made the surrounding community and SunRail riders aware of the expansion, it also increased their email database and website traffic.

With the success of the print campaigns, Tolaris Homes and Artists Vision is currently developing a digital campaign that would launch the redevelopment of the corporate website, email marketing, video production and the development/maintenance of social media.

Primary Healthcare Associates, now known as PHCA Medical Group, is a bilingual health-care provider located in Central Florida. With 10 offices and more than 20 physicians, PHCA Medical Group is able to treat patients from Kissimmee to Orlando for a wide variety of illnesses and preventive offer numerous preventive measures.

Challenge:
PHCA Medical Group came to Artists Vision about creating a brand identity that embodied corporate values while promoting a sense of life, wellbeing, and prosperity. In addition to corporate branding, business stationary was to be designed and web and social media were to be established.

Solution:
Artists Vision created a corporate brand identity campaign that embodied all the required values set forth by management. The campaign included the logo, website, social media, and various print material.

Results:
PHCA Medical Group obtained a new corporate brand identity that consisted of two gold logos (corporate name spelled out and abbreviated) enhanced with the “Life Flame.” Brochures were created for each individual doctor and office, which were used for marketing events both in the United States and Puerto Rico. Other print materials such as event cards, promotional material, and home mailers were created to expand brand awareness. Lastly, a website and social media accounts were set up to help assist with digital marketing.

Recently, PHCA Medical Group updated their corporate logo moving away from the spelled out gold logo to a more modern abbreviated logo using a more inviting baby blue color tone. Additionally, a new website was launched and all social media outlets were re-packaged.

LARM

LARM is a handmade luxury gun and rifle maker manufactured located in Madrid, Spain. They have been creating one-of-a-kind handcrafted luxury guns, rifles, and shotguns for the elite sporting connoisseur for over 100 years.

In 2013, Artists Vision acquired the rights to fully rebrand LARM by developing a new visual appearance and presentation.

Problem:
Artists Vision developed a unique and inviting visual look, which could be distributed across all corporate communication outlets, both internally with investors and management and externally with new customers.

Solution:
Artists Vision developed a strategic communications strategy plan of action that outlined new and potential new target markets. This plan was designed to attract new customers to their already growing customer base through communication outlets such as web, print, digital and social media.

As a result, LARM now has a cohesive brand identity across all media outlets. Over 5,000 award-nominated brochures have been printed spanning over four iterations; multiple national print publications and since 2013, the advertising and marketing campaigns for both world-renowned hunting trade shows Safari Club International (SCI) and Dallas Safari Club (DSC).

Casa Luxus is a luxury Italian door manufacture and distributer based in Miami, Florida. Casa Luxus doors range from traditional handcrafted wood doors to fully electronic offering a wide arrangement of special features to create doors of royals.

Problem
The start-up company was in need of a full brand identity from logo, brochures, business cards, social media and web. The brand identity had to be completed in less than 15-days as Casa Luxus was scheduled to appear at a builder’s convention.

Solution
Casa Luxus management and the Artists Vision creative team outlined a communications plan of action that would help Casa Luxus with branding and awareness in the hotel and construction industry.

ACi Architects

Results
The Artists Vision creative team was split in half tackling print and digital. This decision was important due to the limited time constraints. Teams were split into a “day” and “evening” crew developing a hand off approach. Both day and evening teams consisted of the visual and writing creative that worked nearly 10 hours each day for 5 days straight to complete the project.

The final result included brand identity, website, social media, print and digital brochures. As an extra bonus, the digital team used the iOS platform as a way to electronically transfer digital brochures as the convention to anyone using an iPhone or iPad device.

ACi Architects is an architectural firm located in Winter Park, Florida who’s grossed over $3 billion in total sales was looking to make an impact in new emerging national markets.

To better position ACi Architects in these new markets, Artists Vision created and implemented a multi layered and fully branded commutation platform both internally and externally that would help solidify and strengthen their current lack luster brand.

Results
During the discover phase, both ACi Architects and Artists Vision found solutions for brand improvements and modifications to their external communications. These enhancements included company branded distribution outlets such as print media, digital media, and social media.

We began our discovery phase by creating a new corporate website that captures the essence and appreciation of working with a small business with a large firm approach, which ACi Architects has been connected with for nearly 20-years. Their website, acistudios.com, was fully redesigned using a responsive WordPress design replacing the outdated Flash version. Creating a more fresh and sophisticated website ready for use on any device.

Next we looked at their presentation and marketing approach and processes then developed a plan that would brand all communication products identically with corporate messaging, fonts, artwork and colors schemes. These enhanced documents can be used for print or used digitally.

Currently, we are working together to develop a multi channeled social media campaign across platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn and Instagram. Additional Online marketing with search engines and other industry related partners.
