Wendover Housing Partners

Wendover Housing Partners is a luxury senior community living developer located in Orlando, Florida. Lead by Jonathan Wolf, Wendover Housing Partners has been instrumental in developing profitable senior living centers throughout the United States. Most recently, they have started developing living centers along high-speed train systems, most notably Florida’s SunRail.

Challenge:
Wendover was in the need of a fresh re-brand after 20-years of using the same brand identity. This was an important next step as the company had recently restructured their management team and did not want to carry over old branding.

Solution:
Together Wendover Housing Partners and Artists Vision created a new brand identity that would carry across all distribution outlets and promotional products.

Results:
Wendover House Partners received a new corporate brand identity consisting of a new minimal logo design, color scheme, font and power point presentation templates. These new designs were carried over to all promotional products, corporate signage, brochures and offices. Long term, a new website and social media are planned for the company.

Edificium is a construction company located in Orlando, Florida with over $5 million in design-build and repurposing projects statewide in less than five years of business. In partnership with Compass International Access, Edificium has quickly risen to become one of Central Florida’s leaders in all things construction and development.

Challenge:
As a new start-up company, they were faced with competing against large existing construction companies in a flooded market. Edificium needed to stand out from their competition and do it on a “shoestring budget.”

Solution:
A plan was put in place that would slowly create communications actions while increasing awareness. These actions consisted of branding, website design, search-engine and social-media advertising, as well as digital brochures.

Results:
Starting with branding, a visually appealing corporate font, color patterns, and logo were created that fit the company goals that were carried across all forms of media distribution. A corporate website was the next piece of the puzzle. Their website needed to become their main source of product information, and showcase current and past projects.

Once the corporate branding and website were completed the next phase was developing target online ads through platforms such as Facebook and Google. These ads were targeted to up-start businesses, as well as architecture and general contracting firms with the goal of awareness.

Lastly, digital and print brochures were created to use informational tools and talking points. All digital material was uploaded to their website and could be downloaded in exchange for the user’s email address to increase their email marketing database.

Casa Luxus is a luxury Italian door manufacture and distributer based in Miami, Florida. Casa Luxus doors range from traditional handcrafted wood doors to fully electronic offering a wide arrangement of special features to create doors of royals.

Problem
The start-up company was in need of a full brand identity from logo, brochures, business cards, social media and web. The brand identity had to be completed in less than 15-days as Casa Luxus was scheduled to appear at a builder’s convention.

Solution
Casa Luxus management and the Artists Vision creative team outlined a communications plan of action that would help Casa Luxus with branding and awareness in the hotel and construction industry.

Results
The Artists Vision creative team was split in half tackling print and digital. This decision was important due to the limited time constraints. Teams were split into a “day” and “evening” crew developing a hand off approach. Both day and evening teams consisted of the visual and writing creative that worked nearly 10 hours each day for 5 days straight to complete the project.

The final result included brand identity, website, social media, print and digital brochures. As an extra bonus, the digital team used the iOS platform as a way to electronically transfer digital brochures as the convention to anyone using an iPhone or iPad device.
