Wendover Housing Partners is a community living developer located in Orlando, Florida. Led by Jonathan Wolf, Wendover Housing Partners has been instrumental in developing profitable senior living centers, multi-family, market rate, student housing, and housing first initiative communities throughout the United States.

Challenge:
Wendover Housing Partners has several challenges that set their business back especially dealing around digital marking and social media.  Having over 25 communities and growing Wendover Housing Partners needed a dedicated team to manage their social media pages including Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and other emerging media outlets.  In addition to their needs for consistent social media digital marketing for student and market-rate communities, we also needed to penetrate search engines like Google.

In addition to setting up and maintaining 25+ communities social media channels, Google My Business has become an important part of each community to attract new potential customers.

Solution:
Together Wendover and Artists Vision created a marketing plan to attract new customers using digital marketing techniques that incorporated the likes of social platforms Facebook and Instagram for the student and market-rate communities and search engine platforms for all communities.

Results:
As a result, Wendover Housing Partners now have a constant feel across their branded digital communities, search results, website, and more. Digital marketing techniques implemented have kept the vast majority of properties 100% occupied.

Artist Vision continues to maintain, create content, and update all social channels, search outlets, and community websites, as well as develop community elevations, floor plans, and video production.
